Jennie Murphree

Jennie Murphree is located between Landis Green and Westcott Fountain and has a total of 6 floors.  It is part of JRB halls, which stands for Jennie, Reynolds, and Bryan. ALthough Jennie is connected to two other dorms, your FSU ID still only unlocks the dorm in which you live in at the 4 different entrances. Also, even though these halls are connected together, Jennie Murphree is an all girls dorm and has certain restrictions. Boys can be in the building, but no earlier than 11AM and no later than 12 PM on the week days and 2 AM on the weekends. Since the hall is connected to one of the Dinning halls as well, there is a REQUIRED meal plan The hall has study rooms located on the second and third floors. Each floor has its own kitchen area with a sink, stove, oven, and microwave. The hall also has tub rooms, that have old fashioned 4 leg tubs in them. On the 0 floor, there is a common area to watch tv and play pool or ping pong. To play these games, you must use your social fee card that you can purchase at the beginning of the year for five dollars. This card also allows you to use cleaning supplies, pots, pans, etc. Also, on the 0 Floor is the Laundry room equiped with 8 washer machines and 3 Dryers.
